Rain was forecasted all day at Cabrillo Youth Center
But it didn’t dampen our spirits!

Today the VP of Activities, Björn, facilitated the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews. We had a great turnout and look forward to seeing everyone implement their new skills.

Annual Planning is key for a successful crew.

Our new Crew President takes suggestions for outings and assigns event leaders to facilitate the events.

ILSC was followed by the annual brainstorming for successful future of events. There were a lot of great ideas, and some will require a great deal of preparation and training. What an adventure we have in store!
