Upcoming Summer Adventure

Some of our Crew are signed up to participate in a Philmont Scout Ranch 7 day Trek this Summer. This trek will cover 50 miles and 3 hours of conservation work to earn the Philmont Arrowhead Patch.

In preparation, we are meeting with another Crew on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays to review outdoor, hiking and safety skills. Crew members are encouraged to create a physical exercise plan that includes stretching, hydration and hiking with increasing distances each week along with the addition of adding pack weight to be prepared.
