Subject: [Don't Panic!] Klondike Derby
We need to get a head count ASAP of who would like to come and staff the
Klondike Derby at Camp Parsons. I need someone to run the Ice Fishing event
and there are several other areas that will need some help as well. It will
be an awesome opportunity to promote Venturing and Crew 1042. If we get
enough interest, we could probably signup to host another event challenge.
Here is the information I need from anyone who will be attending:
Arrival: are you coming on Friday night or Saturday morning?
Lodging: will you be staying overnight on Friday and/or Saturday?
Meals: What meals will you need Fri-dinner, Sat-bfast,lunch,dinner,
ANY FOOD ALLERGIES?
Current BSA annual medical form. (Parts A & B)
Cost is $10.00 and 2 cans of "non cream of" soup
If you plan on staying overnight, bring a tent just in case they don't have
any Adirondacks left
