I think that may be a supply and demand issue.  Who prefers the new green
shirt to the old green shirt?   With all the garment industry now overseas,
it may be impossible to keep anything consistent for such a small customer
base as BSA....green, blue, OR khaki.

I definitely like the green shirts. A lot. Cant they keep the same pattern
for the shirts but use a different color, rather than use different designs,
as they do now?
